Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive growth, strategy, profitability, and operations for the Transit-Rail Division across the West Coast.
  • •Provide leadership and coaching to staff, including account management, business development, capture management, and project delivery.
  • •Build a high-performing team rapidly and lead hiring for major transit-rail programs.
  • •Collaborate with other Business Lines and global transit delivery teams to serve West Coast clients.
  • •Maintain focus on delivery, client service, and operational execution while balancing priorities and deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required + 12+ years of related experience (or equivalent) plus 4+ years leading and managing large teams with Profit & Loss center experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in business development, capture management, and account management, including building internal and external networks.
  • •Ability to teach and mentor technical staff based on demonstrated technical knowledge and tools.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly with clients, leadership, and technical staff, inspiring others through leadership.
  • •Registered Civil Engineer in California or Washington (preferred).
