Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor responsibilities under general supervision and support facility operations for fall harvest.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, loosening nuts, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching hoses.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment and control/monitor load-out functions.
  • •Operate automated scale/dump systems and perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and equipment inspections with proper records.
  • •Maintain inventory quality, deliver products to customer sites, ensure safe/clean work areas, and report customer complaints, repair/maintenance needs, or safety concerns.
