Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Lead Architect and strategic advisor, translating business strategies into scalable, secure, sustainable ServiceNow target architectures, roadmaps, and solutions.
  • •Guide international customers through IT and enterprise service process transformation, steering complex multi-modular ServiceNow initiatives from conception to continuous optimization.
  • •Serve as central technical and functional point of contact, moderating workshops for requirements, process analysis, gap analysis, and solution architectures up to C-level.
  • •Own delivery and quality for demanding customer projects using clear architecture principles, quality assurance, and best practices to ensure long-term implementation quality.
  • •Support pre-sales through solution design, technical demos, effort estimates, architecture concepts, and contributions to RFPs and proposal processes.

Key Requirements

  • •At least nine years of experience in consulting or IT services, including at least five years with a clear focus on ServiceNow.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, multi-modular ServiceNow implementations.
  • •Deep expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem, including platform architecture, design, data modeling, integrations, and technical delivery.
  • •ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (e.g., CIS-ITSM or CIS-ITOM).
  • •Strong technical knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and web services such as REST or SOAP, plus experience translating process requirements into technical solutions (Scrum or Kanban).
