Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a technical advisor/SME for process engineering across the plant, applying engineering expertise to development and support of process engineering processes and change requests.
  • •Monitor process parameters and lab results, diagnose potential problems with Operations, and apply troubleshooting measures to improve plant operation.
  • •Manage mass balance and prepare production reports on a daily and monthly basis.
  • •Conduct regular site visits to ensure operations run steadily and provide required technical assistance to Operations.
  • •Perform process studies and plant trials, including use of simulation tools to predict results and support continuous improvement; evaluate catalysts and chemicals life/performance and advise renewals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • •10–12 years of process engineering experience in the oil, gas and/or petrochemical industry.
  • •Strong troubleshooting skills for process-related problems.
  • •Good command of process simulation software.
  • •Analytical and cooperative skills.
