Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of GCC lending operations with responsibility for SLA attainment, quality standards, and turnaround times.
•Manage daily production across lending functions (boarding, servicing, collateral, documentation, payments, post-close review, and insurance monitoring) with large monthly transaction volumes.
•Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and governance routines; escalate risks and drive root-cause remediation.
•Ensure adherence to SOX controls and regulatory expectations; maintain issue management and third-party/vendor risk oversight in partnership with compliance, legal, and risk teams.
•Champion transformation and automation initiatives (IDP, workflow automation, AI/ML, platform modernization) and lead a 100+ FTE team across geographies and time zones.

Key Requirements

•13+ years in banking or financial services operations, including 8+ years in commercial/wholesale lending operations and 8+ years leading large teams.
•Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting (or related field) or relevant work experience.
•Proven GCC/captive experience supporting a US or European bank.
•Deep knowledge of commercial lending lifecycles including bilateral and syndications, collateral and insurance monitoring, documentation review, and loan servicing platforms (e.g., nCino, LoanIQ, AFSVision).
•Strong understanding of US banking regulations, SOX, BSA/AML, and OCC/FRB expectations.
