Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day technical guidance and design oversight across analog and mixed-signal IC design teams.
  • •Lead design reviews and improve best practices for simulation, layout planning, characterization, and design sign-off.
  • •Support post-silicon debug and validation, resolving design issues and enabling on-time releases to market.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop the analog and mixed-signal design team; set goals, performance expectations, and support career growth.
  • •Own end-to-end execution of multiple IC programs, managing design/verification/layout plans, resources, tape-out schedules, and milestone accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •10+ years of analog and/or mixed-signal IC design experience.
  • •5+ years of engineering management or technical lead experience.
  • •Hands-on analog and mixed-signal circuit design experience (e.g., data converters, amplifiers, references, switching power).
  • •Track record of on-time tape-outs and successful product releases to production.
