Analog IC Design Manager m/f/d

Lead mixed-signal IC design and layout teams to deliver precision silicon integrating high-resolution ADCs and DACs, amplifiers, references, data communication, and integrated power management. Provide technical oversight and design reviews to maximize first-pass success, guide post-silicon debug, and drive resolution with quality partners. Own end-to-end execution across multiple programs, manage plans and tape-out schedules, mitigate technical/schedule risks, and communicate progress to senior leadership.
