Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term freighter network plans to optimize aircraft deployment, rotations, and block-hour utilization.
  • •Coordinate with Flight Operations, Engineering, and Ground Handling to ensure planned rotations and schedules are operationally viable and compliant with regulatory and technical requirements.
  • •Analyze capacity and yield, monitoring aircraft performance and utilization to support cost, profitability, and load factor targets.
  • •Lead freighter entry-into-service planning, including route proving, crew familiarization, and post-launch operational review.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop the Freighter Planning team; prepare management reports and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with internal standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Fluent in English.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience in airline cargo or freighter planning, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • •8–10 years overall experience (as stated in qualifications).
  • •Reads and complies with the company’s ISR policies and completes required ISR awareness sessions.
