Job Summary

Lead end-to-end Control-M SaaS migration projects for enterprise customers, coordinating internal, partner, and customer stakeholders. Own core project artifacts (plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports) and run recurring governance to drive delivery alignment. Monitor project health via dashboards and metrics, establish success criteria, and manage risks and escalations. Support operational excellence through weekly tracking, forecasting, and tool-based reporting while identifying opportunities to expand services.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Control-M SaaS migration projects, managing cross-functional teams of internal resources, partners, and customer stakeholders.
•Create and maintain project artifacts including project plans, schedules, communication plans, RAID logs, status reports, and meeting documentation.
•Establish and facilitate recurring governance meetings with Customer Project Managers and key stakeholders.
•Monitor and report project health, risks, issues, and performance metrics; define customer success criteria and satisfaction conditions.
•Maintain operational excellence by approving weekly time/expense, tracking and reporting in tools such as Certinia, and forecasting project revenue with +/- 5% accuracy.

Salary: USD 114,525 - 190,875 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
•5+ years with workload automation tools such as Control-M, CA7, CA-ESP, CA-Autosys, IBM, Tidal, or Redwood.
•5+ years managing full lifecycle software implementation projects.
•Proven experience managing projects valued at $250K+ with teams of 3+ over 6+ months.
•Experience working with global teams and strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
