Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and configure the product management/roadmapping platform and manage integrations with engineering work-tracking systems (e.g., Jira), keeping fields and status sync consistent.
  • •Own the broader product tech stack by evaluating new tools, preventing tool sprawl, and maintaining integrations across roadmap, delivery, feedback, and CRM systems.
  • •Build and maintain product reporting and analytics, including dashboards, core metrics (e.g., cycle time and roadmap adherence), and coordination with central BI for telemetry and availability.
  • •Design repeatable processes for intake, prioritization, and roadmap reviews; identify and remove friction and manual/duplicative work through process, automation, or tooling.
  • •Translate strategy into a trackable roadmap and planning cadence, run planning/business review rhythms, and ensure execution ladders to company-level themes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in Product Operations, Business/Sales Operations, or a Product Analyst/Management role supporting product or engineering orgs.
  • •Hands-on experience with product roadmapping/PPM and work-tracking tools (e.g., Aha!, Productboard, Jira Product Discovery, Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps).
  • •Comfort building dashboards and reports in tools like Tableau, Looker, or spreadsheets; SQL is a plus.
  • •Experience designing and documenting repeatable product processes (intake, prioritization, planning cadences).
  • •Working knowledge of PDLC/SDLC and prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, WSJF), plus strong documentation and communication skills.
