Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject matter expert on high-yield markets, including structure, pricing, syndication strategies, and end-to-end deal execution.
  • •Build and maintain client and investor relationships to advance the syndicated leveraged finance platform while managing risk through sound underwriting decisions.
  • •Develop and implement strategies that drive outstanding results across the Loan Capital Markets team.
  • •Lead evaluation and execution of complex capital markets transactions in high-yield loan and bond markets with Originators and the Financial Sponsor Group.
  • •May supervise and provide performance feedback, mentoring, succession planning, and employee development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; graduate degree preferred.
  • •15+ years of experience in Banking, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets.
  • •Proven success originating, structuring, and closing complex financial transactions.
  • •Leadership experience and involvement in key decisions at a growing financial services business.
  • •Established contacts in private equity and institutional investors; Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and Series 63 licenses required (Series 24 preferred).
