Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a pipeline of assigned deliveries by coordinating with Sales Specialist on delivery readiness.
  • •Conduct pre-delivery conversations to confirm details and set clear expectations; guide customers through key vehicle features and functions.
  • •Handle post-delivery conversations to address questions and refine the approach using feedback and outcomes.
  • •Manage lease-end pipelines: schedule grounding and intake appointments, ensuring required documentation is completed and logged.
  • •Maintain vehicle readiness and final quality checks, prep and stage vehicles, and book/track final-mile transport as needed.
