Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and manage the master production schedule (MPS) to support business objectives and sales requirements.
  • •Collaborate with plant leadership, engineering, production planning, sourcing, and others to build capacity plans and identify additional capacity needs.
  • •Monitor schedule adherence, identify risks and constraints, and drive remedial action with relevant production owners or vendors.
  • •Perform scenario analysis and recommend actions to address supply shortages, excess inventory, and make/buy decisions.
  • •Track and report key performance metrics and support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes with planning analysis and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of supply chain planning, production planning, master scheduling, or related experience.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data analysis/modeling.
  • •Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
