Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily security operations and deploy security personnel across posts, gates, patrols, reception, and other assigned areas.
  • •Implement post orders, SOPs, access control requirements, visitor management procedures, and security instructions issued by the Security Manager.
  • •Ensure shift handover readiness by confirming attendance, manpower coverage, and team readiness at the start and end of each shift.
  • •Monitor security performance through post inspections and patrol verification; correct gaps in behavior, documentation, or compliance.
  • •Lead initial response to incidents and emergencies, escalate as required, and prepare daily security reports and incident summaries for Security Manager review.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience in security operations in industrial, manufacturing, corporate, or large-scale facility environments, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • •Experience with access control, visitor management, patrolling, incident reporting, and security contractor coordination (preferred).
  • •Security, safety, emergency response, first aid, or crisis management certifications (preferred).
  • •Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays and respond to urgent operational requirements as needed.
  • •Background in corporate security, military, law enforcement, or industrial security is an advantage.
