Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities such as onsite presentations, business sales calls, and financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and support Financial Center platform staff while following risk, ethics, and retail policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new households and cross-sell to established customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
