Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement, efficiency, and automation opportunities.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and requirements; translate them into business and functional specifications.
  • •Facilitate requirements gathering sessions (workshops and interviews), eliciting, documenting, and prioritizing requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • •Proven experience as a business analyst or in a related role, preferably in an IT environment.
  • •Strong understanding of business processes and requirements elicitation and analysis techniques.
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to translate complex needs into practical solutions.
  • •Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Projects) and understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
