HR Generalist

Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and leaders across UK shared functions, supporting HR processes and policies in line with VF strategy. Advise on employment relations and complex cases, oversee sickness/absence and performance management support, and lead people-related activities including redundancy, TUPE, and contract variations. Deliver in-house training and coordinate external learning, partnering with HRBP and site leaders to produce data-driven employee wellbeing insights.
