Job Summary

Serve as a field-based sales and sales-support partner to Territory Managers, covering an assigned territory and helping drive account growth for ZOLL cardiovascular products. Educate and enable physicians and support staff through in-servicing, enrollment and utilization of the ZOLL Patient Management System, and ongoing LifeVest and CDx account support. Work toward assigned sales objectives, analyze territory trends, and provide coverage during absences.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Territory Managers and Regional Management to support sales activities and territory management tasks, including customer and administrative support.
•Sell and grow assigned accounts and support ongoing account management for LifeVest to promote consistent utilization.
•Support sales and ongoing account management for CDx products and achieve assigned sales objectives.
•Persuade, educate, and empower physicians and support staff through one-on-one discussions, group in-servicing, exhibits, and conferences.
•Enroll and train customers on the ZOLL Patient Management System, help staff submit complete orders, reduce medical order exceptions, and report territory trends.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (required).
•One year of sales experience in a strong B2B environment in the pharmaceutical or medical device field, or two years of relevant field clinical support experience, or two years of clinical experience in a multispecialty hospital environment in cardiology.
•Or three years of experience as a Junior Military Officer leading a team, project, or account management.
•Valid state driver's license required.
•Be able to influence clinical decision-making through presentations and discussion of clinical data.
