Key Responsibilities

  • •Use industry-leading computer software to support bridge-specific expertise across a variety of projects.
  • •Contribute to structural design and bridge assessment from inception to completion.
  • •Participate in assessment of existing structures, including on-site inspection and analysis.
  • •Help supervise on-site works and support structures renewal feasibility studies.
  • •Manage resources and tasks within a scheme of structures as responsibility increases over time.

Key Requirements

  • •BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering with a 2:1 classification (or equivalent) or above.
  • •Demonstrate a good technical understanding of Civil & Structural Engineering.
  • •Show interest in Bridge Structures Engineering and developing a career in this industry.
  • •Be willing and able to work towards chartership with the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE).
  • •Have good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
