Senior IT Project Manager

Lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional IT initiatives from planning through delivery, coordinating matrix teams and managing all project lifecycle stages. Own scope, milestones, and integrated plans to meet time, cost, and quality targets, while validating financial forecasts and managing expenditures. Serve as a subject matter expert to brief stakeholders and represent initiatives in governance forums, including major workstreams such as application development, systems integration, and infrastructure upgrades.
