Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end CMDB governance across a large enterprise environment, including CI class modeling, naming conventions, relationship mapping standards, and lifecycle processes that establish the CMDB as the authoritative source of truth for ITSM, ITOM, security operations, and compliance
  • •Lead CMDB maturity assessments and large-scale data integrity remediation programs spanning millions of configuration items across hybrid on-premises infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, network devices, cloud)
  • •Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery, ITOM Visibility, and Service Mapping to enable real-time infrastructure impact analysis and service dependency mapping
  • •Proficiency on event management rule configuration (ignore, enrich, group and respond).
  • •Design and implement ITSM workflows and automation including Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management processes, along with custom request fulfillment solutions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of enterprise ServiceNow experience with deep expertise in CMDB, ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping
  • •Proven CMDB governance leadership with experience owning enterprise-scale CMDB frameworks, including CI class design, reconciliation logic, data quality controls, and audit readiness
  • •Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations including Service Graph Connectors, REST APIs, and iPaaS platforms to connect ServiceNow with diverse enterprise systems
  • •ITIL fluency with strong working knowledge of ITIL-aligned service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management)
  • •Program delivery at scale with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across global business units
