Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and improve operational workflows across onboarding, implementation, customer success, and product operations.
  • •Define, track, and report on KPIs across key business and operational functions.
  • •Identify bottlenecks and design scalable processes to improve speed, quality, and customer outcomes.
  • •Translate operational needs into product requirements, MVPs, internal tools, and automation workflows.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize improvements based on customer and operations feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,500 - 7,000 annually
