Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, own, and maintain a comprehensive Material Management Plan linking purchase requirements to project need-by dates, supplier lead times, approvals, and logistics milestones.
  • •Coordinate procurement timing with internal approvals, supplier lead times, and transportation needs to support delivery goals.
  • •Manage pre-order planning activities (requisition planning, scheduling, readiness reviews) and expedite open purchase orders to confirm timely delivery.
  • •Monitor and coordinate material movement (inbound shipments, logistics planning, customs clearance, site delivery readiness) and ensure accurate goods receipt.
  • •Maintain material tracking tools and provide reporting on delivery metrics, risks, and material performance; assess impact of project changes and coordinate inspections to match timelines.
