Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure adherence to the ARM’D process and best practices for KPIs/CPIs, including SOX reporting requirements.
  • •Maintain accurate, up-to-date Azure DevOps information (dashboards, user stories, tasks, remaining work).
  • •Facilitate Scrum events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and coach the team on Scrum best practices.
  • •Act as a servant leader by empowering the team, shielding them from distractions, and promoting collaboration and relationship-building.
  • •Estimate velocity/capacity, monitor sprint health and progress, and ensure sprint commitments and user stories meet INVEST criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • •Experience running Scrum in an Agile environment with distributed teams.
  • •Understanding of traditional project management and Agile methodologies.
  • •Strong collaboration and communication skills with global partners.
  • •Experience with continuous delivery; Azure DevOps experience is preferred (insurance industry experience also a plus).
