Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic direction and leadership for the distribution center activities executed by a third-party logistics provider.
  • •Own the performance management framework and drive the 3PL to exceed KPIs for order accuracy, on-time shipment, inventory integrity, productivity, safety, and cost efficiency.
  • •Develop, maintain, and evolve operational KPIs and performance dashboards; prepare and analyze weekly and monthly performance reporting for international stakeholders.
  • •Troubleshoot data flow failures or missing information to ensure accurate reporting and system integrity, and lead issue resolution for data flows between the DC and Levi’s.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analysis and root-cause methodology; ensure staffing models, training programs, and operational processes support consistent service delivery and compliance.
