Key Responsibilities

  • •Leverage multiple data sources (approved business case, baselines, management plans, Open Wells reports, financials, resource consumption/utilization).
  • •Measure, analyze, and interpret variances and trends across scope, schedule, cost, and risk to demonstrate operational and financial performance.
