Lead global Talent Acquisition strategy and recruiting operations for a fast-growing health tech company. Redesign a scalable, flexible hiring operating model, define TA KPIs and reporting cadence, and improve assessment and decision-making quality across the organization. Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on workforce planning and build vs buy recruiting capacity (in-house, contractors, RPO, retained search). Evaluate and modernize recruiting technology, and lead a high-accountability global TA team.
