Support HR Partners across Europe by mapping, analyzing, and transforming HR operational processes to strengthen consistency, improve knowledge quality, and enhance operational readiness. Work with local HR teams and HR Shared Services, integrate HR data from multiple systems, and prepare ServiceNow-based process documentation and handover materials. Improve employee experience through clearer HR self-service information, maintain HR knowledge articles, and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process simplification.

Key Responsibilities

•Map, analyze, and document local HR operational processes (what, when, and how) with HR Solutions Partners.
•Work with HR teams to understand existing processes, local variations, and operational realities.
•Identify inefficiencies, overlaps, or risks and provide practical, implementable recommendations.
•Organize, analyze, and integrate HR data from multiple systems and sources.
•Prepare clear process documentation and handover materials for ServiceNow-based service models, while supporting HR digitalization and process transformation projects.

Key Requirements

•Generalist HR knowledge with a solid understanding of HR processes and operational requirements.
•Experience or strong interest in HR operations, HR processes, or HR support functions.
•Experience working in or with an HR Shared Services environment is an advantage.
•Understanding of how global or regional HR models interact with local HR execution.
•Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
