Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with pricing, underwriting, sales, and other stakeholders to complete product-specific assignments for assigned state(s).
  • •Conduct financial and member impact analyses to influence decisions that grow Auto, Homeowners, and Renters profitability.
  • •Monitor, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate profitability, competitiveness, and sales performance, and propose recommendations.
  • •Identify and develop actionable plans to address local market and national business challenges using analytical and technical knowledge.
  • •Develop understanding of laws and regulatory environments for assigned states.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university and graduating after the final day of the internship (2027 summer; graduation date cannot be prior to August 2027).
  • •Proven experience researching, compiling, and analyzing data to support decision-making.
  • •Working experience with data querying tools and dashboards.
  • •Foundational knowledge of business strategy and operations, industry practices, and emerging trends.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, Snowflake, or other analytical tools (e.g., class projects, employment, or organizational roles).
