Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage fab-wide equipment engineering improvement projects across cross-functional teams and business units.
  • •Lead lean activities including value stream mapping (VSM), process mapping, and AIW.
  • •Analyze equipment gap-to-goal with fab engineering teams and drive initiatives to meet performance metrics.
  • •Develop and present proposals, status reports, and executive-level communications to support continuous improvement.
  • •Interpret equipment data and collaborate with equipment analytics/solutions teams to implement novel solutions and reduce inefficiencies.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering (other engineering/manufacturing degrees accepted).
  • •5+ years of semiconductor industry experience, with knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance preferred.
  • •3+ years in a Project or Program Manager role with a background in Lean and/or Six Sigma.
  • •Lean principles experience, including value stream improvement recommendations that drive culture transformation.
  • •Experience planning and facilitating Lean workshops (e.g., VSM, BPSM, AIW, 3P, Kaizen) and using data analysis/visualization tools (TIBCO Spotfire or JMP).
