Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues while enhancing client relationships with distinctive service.
  • •Lead efficient, accurate performance of teller functions by coaching other tellers in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to a Banker for deeper financial conversations.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including scheduling, coaching, and overseeing branch operational standards.

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks organizationally (required).
