Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day workplace operations to ensure productive, safe, and welcoming environments and a culture of belonging.
  • •Lead office space allocation, layout planning, and support moves and office build-outs/reconfigurations.
  • •Manage vendor relationships, tenders, onboarding, and service delivery for facilities-related services and non-IT procurement.
  • •Lead and develop the regional Workplace Services team in Warsaw and London and set regional standards and workflows for consistent service delivery.
  • •Own end-to-end planning, forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation of regional Workplace Services and event operational budgets and employee resource group allocations in partnership with Finance and Accounts Payable.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience managing workplace services, facilities, or office operations in a large corporate environment (ideally in a global technology company).
  • •Experience leading and developing a team, building high-performing, engaged workplace services professionals.
  • •Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage internal stakeholders and external vendor contracts.
  • •Skilled in regional project management across multiple departments and geographies.
  • •Experience managing operational and event budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation with Finance and Accounts Payable.
