Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic oversight for the high voltage electrical power delivery construction program and serve as the primary interface with the client’s construction management team.
•Support and manage the program’s Project Quality Program and ensure safety requirements are followed by site personnel.
•Build, lead, and manage an internal workforce across multiple projects within the client’s service territory.
•Assist in reviewing EPC contractor proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans; ensure adherence to QA/QC plans.
•Develop and review constructability plans including transmission line access, pull plans, and construction sequencing/outage planning; ensure timely project delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 265,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in construction management or closely related discipline; demonstrated proven equivalent experience
•15+ years of relevant post-education experience in construction management or related areas
•Recognized subject matter expertise in construction delivery methods, phasing strategies, and technical field operations
•Proven success leading large, complex construction programs in both public and private sector environments
•Experience advising on strategic project risks, logistics constraints, and contract compliance
