Key Responsibilities

  • •Support jewelry sales by understanding and using product features and participating in LINK trainings on new collections.
  • •Use customer needs assessment to provide an outstanding in-store experience.
  • •Participate effectively in sales activities using available tools and channels (online and offline).
  • •Maintain high, consistent customer service and manage issues such as complaints, returns, and individual orders.
  • •Help organize the store (cleanliness, back office), manage product deliveries for display, support inventory checks, and contribute to visual merchandising activities.
