•Develop and launch experiments to validate hypotheses and improve growth and retention metrics.
•Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive high-impact initiatives, balancing trade-offs, managing risks, and keeping collaborators informed.

Key Requirements

•Over 10 years of product management experience with a proven history of leading complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization.
•Proven ability to drive growth through distribution, ecosystem partnerships, or cross-product integration, not just in-product optimization.
•Strong positioning and storytelling capabilities with the ability to translate product innovation into a clear strategy and differentiated value.
•Someone who consistently supports and uplifts their colleagues and projects, providing clear direction and thoughtful strategic insight.
•Outstanding cross-functional influence and executive communication skills.
