Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply to SOPs to safely process and debone birds.
  • •Ensure all processes are performed accurately for proper data collection.
  • •Be assigned to positions such as live hang, evisceration, deboning, or swapping among these positions.
  • •Operate equipment/tools such as a high pressure water hose and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • •Follow biosecurity/animal welfare and safety policies to identify, address, and mitigate safety risks.
