Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, manage, and/or communicate a quality strategy using line-of-sight metrics and goals to monitor execution health.
  • •Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting FE manufacturing leadership and companywide quality objectives.
  • •Establish quality programs/initiatives for critical network expansion and drive achievement of program milestones.
  • •Leverage Micron-approved AI tools and data-driven methodologies to enhance engineering effectiveness and improve quality decision-making.
  • •Provide tactical support for global product-quality compliance, including developing BKMs and driving corrective and preventive actions for customer feedback and DPM reduction.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in semiconductor product quality assurance, process integration, product engineering, or product yield enhancement-related areas.
  • •Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • •Good presentation skills, with the capability to lead large-group network discussions.
  • •Data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills.
  • •Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools, data analytics platforms, or automation solutions to improve engineering workflows (plus familiarity with semiconductor/DRAM knowledge is a plus).
