Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and execution for capital equipment and infrastructure investments across manufacturing and R&D/production facilities.
  • •Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and facilities to define equipment requirements, specifications, and TCO models.
  • •Develop and execute multi-year indirect procurement strategy covering CapEx, tooling, logistics, MRO, and professional services.
  • •Manage RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations to optimize cost, delivery, and technical compliance.
  • •Track indirect spend, cost savings, and supplier performance via data-driven KPIs and ensure alignment with defense compliance frameworks including ITAR, EAR, and NDAA.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (10+ years relevant experience may substitute).
  • •5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience focused on capital equipment, facilities, or indirect categories.
  • •Proven supplier management, sourcing strategy, contract negotiation, and CapEx project execution experience.
  • •Strong total cost of ownership (TCO) and capital project budgeting knowledge.
  • •Familiarity with defense compliance requirements (ITAR, EAR, and NDAA) plus cross-functional experience with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
