Key Responsibilities

  • •Centralize and coordinate internal/external prototype loan requests, schedule appointments, welcome borrowers, and manage outbound/return/transfers within deadlines.
  • •Pilot prototype shipments in France and internationally, coordinating with logistics teams and subsidiaries, including packaging, expedition tracking, and logistics/customs documents (e.g., Carnets ATA, proforma).
  • •Ensure accurate physical and digital stock management: organize storage, run inventories, follow discrepancies, and prepare for and execute stock removal/destockaging operations.
  • •Support e-commerce by managing product non-conformities: analyze and track them with the commercial team and ensure prototypes needed for shootings are available on schedule.
  • •Produce regular reporting and develop/maintain tools for monitoring flows and stock; update calendars and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher education in logistics, supply chain, operations management, fashion & luxury, or an equivalent field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, product logistics, showroom, or a fashion/luxury environment.
  • •First successful experience managing prototypes/showrooms or product logistics in mode/luxe contexts.
  • •Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Excel.
  • •Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage several priorities simultaneously.
