Key Responsibilities

  • •Build deep partnerships with Notion’s leadership and serve as a conduit between stakeholders up to C-suite and the People Team.
  • •Advise on, create, and execute people strategies that drive the business forward.
  • •Consult with the leadership team on Talent Planning, Org Design, Retention Strategies, and Change Management.
  • •Apply systems thinking to evolve how we operate—translating patterns and friction into improvements across people programs and operating rhythms.
  • •Share proactive insights from people data to uncover hot spots and ensure Notion is proactive in retaining top talent.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of HR experience with deep knowledge of talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management.
