Key Responsibilities

  • •Update security badge records in the local badging system for approved user requests and enter data to grant access to approved data center requests.
  • •Maintain auditable records of granted access and compare audit logs against badge system logs to ensure completeness and resolve anomalies.
  • •Serve as the point of contact for data center access control during normal business hours and approve access per published guidance.
  • •Assist with development and coordination of data center access training, including coordinating confirmation with data center management.
  • •Draft and update standard operating procedures/manuals for data center access management and collect/report site access metrics.
