Key Responsibilities

  • •With direction, build project plans around the existing Global Manufacturing project portfolio.
  • •Own overall project schedule and drive projects to on-time and on-budget completion.
  • •Build cross-organization interfaces to ensure successful hand-offs.
  • •Negotiate project goals and develop mitigation plans.
  • •Manage program review meetings, track action items, and keep project plans and action items up to date in software infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • •1–5 years’ experience in program management, including manufacturing new product/process rollout (R&D handoff to high-volume manufacturing).
  • •1–5 years’ experience using MS Project or equivalent project management tools.
  • •Demonstrated project management skills in a high-tech manufacturing environment, with basic understanding of quality and reliability requirements.
  • •Optional/preferred: PMP or PgMP certification, TOC/CCPM program management, and Concerto software experience.
