Senior Systems Engineer for OT Security tasked with enabling Fortinet’s OT & Critical Infrastructure solutions from pre-sales to post-sales, developing and validating Reference Architectures, and guiding customers through Fortinet’s products in OT/ICS environments while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Pre-sales - Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint for OT and Critical Infrastructure Security Solutions, mapping compliance and regulatory requirements to Fortinet products.
•Sales calls - Enable technical resources on sales calls and educate customers on Fortinet product features, specifications, and integration for OT/CI security solutions.
•Conversant with OT, IT, and L1-L7 networking, applications and solutions.
•Review product Reference Architecture and design/test plans to ensure field success of deployed solutions.
•Technically document Reference Architectures as Technical Guides for end users deploying Solution RA.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 12 years of experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
•4-5 years hands-on experience in Operational Technology/Industrial Control Systems/SCADA environments (ICS & SCADA systems, PLCs & RTUs, HMI & Historian).
•Experience dealing with industrial clients in sub-industries such as Power, O&G, Manufacturing, transportation & logistics, or Smart Buildings.
•Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST CSF, CIS Top 20, ISO 27XXX, NERC-CIP.
