Key Responsibilities

  • •Pre-sales - Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint for OT and Critical Infrastructure Security Solutions, mapping compliance and regulatory requirements to Fortinet products.
  • •Sales calls - Enable technical resources on sales calls and educate customers on Fortinet product features, specifications, and integration for OT/CI security solutions.
  • •Conversant with OT, IT, and L1-L7 networking, applications and solutions.
  • •Review product Reference Architecture and design/test plans to ensure field success of deployed solutions.
  • •Technically document Reference Architectures as Technical Guides for end users deploying Solution RA.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12 years of experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
  • •4-5 years hands-on experience in Operational Technology/Industrial Control Systems/SCADA environments (ICS & SCADA systems, PLCs & RTUs, HMI & Historian).
  • •Experience dealing with industrial clients in sub-industries such as Power, O&G, Manufacturing, transportation & logistics, or Smart Buildings.
  • •Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST CSF, CIS Top 20, ISO 27XXX, NERC-CIP.
