Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end forecasting for assigned CX Engineering VP organizations, including headcount, operating expenses, software, and other cost drivers.
  • •Run monthly and quarterly forecasting activities, aligning forecasts to both financial results and current business expectations.
  • •Partner with Engineering leaders to understand priorities, operational changes, investment decisions, and risks impacting the financial outlook.
  • •Perform detailed variance analysis across actuals, forecast, and plan, identifying drivers, risks, opportunities, and required actions.
  • •Prepare and present executive reporting and business review materials; build and maintain Excel-based financial models and support month-end/quarter-end close activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or related roles in a large company.
  • •Strong FP&A process knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including developing and leading detailed financial models and analyses.
  • •Experience owning forecasts and partnering directly with business leaders; ability to prepare and present financial information to senior leaders.
