Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and delivery of the Cyber and Operational Resilience Culture Programme across IT, OT, and critical business services.
  • •Create engaging awareness campaigns, learning initiatives, communications, workshops, and exercises to embed resilience-by-design behaviors.
  • •Develop long-term culture roadmaps, coordinate activities, and measure engagement and maturity using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Support regulatory and assurance activities to ensure resilience responsibilities are embedded across the organisation.
  • •Collaborate with Cyber Security, Operational Technology, Communications, People, Risk, and Business Leadership teams to strengthen organisational resilience.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in cyber security and/or operational resilience, with strong knowledge of resilience principles and best practice.
  • •Proven ability to deliver awareness, communications, or culture programmes that drive behavioural change.
  • •Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and translate complex topics into clear, practical messages.
  • •Experience in communications, organisational development, learning and development, or a related field.
  • •Beneficial: knowledge of NIS Regulations and the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF), and/or experience in Energy, Utilities, or Critical National Infrastructure.
