Job Summary

Own product requirements analysis, planning, and solution design for core Web3 Wallet initiatives, taking products from early build or continuous iteration. Translate business objectives and user needs into structured PRDs, flowcharts, prototypes, and documentation. Partner with engineering, design, operations, and data teams through reviews, scheduling, launch acceptance, and retrospectives, while evaluating feasibility, costs, and trade-offs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead requirements analysis, product planning, and solution design for core product initiatives, driving products from 0 to 1 and through continuous iteration.
•Translate business objectives and user needs into structured solutions by breaking down complex problems and identifying key conflicts.
•Independently produce PRDs, flowcharts, prototypes, and product documentation for engineering and business teams.
•Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and data teams to manage requirements reviews, development scheduling, launch acceptance, and post-release retrospectives.
•Evaluate technical feasibility, implementation costs, and trade-offs, and engage in substantive technical discussions with engineers while monitoring product performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with experience at a top-tier or leading internet company.
•Strong logical thinking to deconstruct complex business problems into clear problem definitions, analytical frameworks, and solutions.
•Strong learning agility to build systematic understanding in new domains quickly.
•Solid technical comprehension to assess feasibility, boundaries, risks, and trade-offs, and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
•Excellent documentation and communication skills, with clear, well-structured PRDs that enable cross-team alignment.
