Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the HSE process across the two sites by ensuring compliance, maintaining legal watch, and updating and animating the DUERP.
  • •Define and evolve safety instructions for roles, manage EPI needs and stock, and deploy HSE procedures and standards.
  • •Ensure installation and equipment compliance (machines, dust capture, VLEP, ATEX, chemicals, EPI) and coordinate corrective actions from regulatory checks.
  • •Develop a Health & Safety culture by acting as an HSE relay, running internal routines (terrain visits and VCS), and implementing prevention actions.
  • •Track HSE KPIs, prepare quarterly HSE reporting to CSE, conduct internal/external audits, and support industrial methods improvement projects including machine maintenance coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering-level education (cursus ingénieur) and a first successful experience in HSE within an industrial setting.
  • •Strong interest in project management and hands-on work on site.
  • •Ability to work in a collective and take a transversal position across teams and stakeholders.
  • •Rigor and organization, with strong results orientation.
  • •Good stress/urgency management and flexibility.
