Lead the development and execution of brand scientific communications and Health Care Professional (HCP) engagement across priority beauty brands. Translate scientific and clinical innovation into clear narratives that build trust and drive trial through earned, digital, social, PR, and professional channels. Own dermatologist and HCP relationship activation, collaborate closely with R&D, brand, and agencies, and plan conferences and ecosystem activations to capture learnings for future global reapplication.

•Develop and deliver high-impact scientific narratives articulating product superiority, key claims, and ingredient credentials.
•Translate complex scientific and clinical data into compelling stories across earned media, digital, social, and professional channels.
•Support strategies to engage dermatologists and healthcare practitioners, including managing HCP relationships for credentialing and content creation.
•Lead or contribute to scientific and HCP-focused content across digital, social, PR, and influencer channels, ensuring accuracy and credibility.
•Plan and execute conference and event activations, collaborating cross-functionally to manage workflows and deliver on time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 165,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in science, health, communications, or related field; advanced degree (MS, PhD, PharmD, MD) is a plus.
•Translate scientific or technical content into clear communications for non-technical audiences.
•Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, medical experts, or scientific stakeholders.
•Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
•Proven project management skills with attention to detail, managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
