Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the engineering strategy for SAP Business Network Core, including platform, data foundation, AI-native services, and core technologies.
  • •Lead large-scale engineering organizations delivering applications, platform services, APIs, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and AI capabilities.
  • •Establish engineering goals, priorities, KPIs, and operating mechanisms across multiple teams and organizations.
  • •Champion people leadership through building and scaling organizations, mentoring leaders, driving performance management, and talent acquisition and retention.
  • •Drive organizational transformation and modernization, including AI engineering governance, MLOps and data architecture standards, change management, and continuous improvement.

Salary: USD 370,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 8 years of software development experience, including substantial leadership in software development.
  • •Engineering management experience as a manager managing managers.
  • •Proven ability to define technology strategy and translate business requirements to SaaS solutions.
  • •Strong cloud systems experience (7+ years), with application design/implementation in Azure, GCP, or AWS and familiarity with SDLC and non-functional requirements.
