Universal Banker - Broad & Libbie

Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calls and assisting with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution while following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
