Key Responsibilities

•Assist with day-to-day HR tasks including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management.
•Clarify HR policies and respond to employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
•Support internal HR initiatives, including company-sponsored people programs and team communications.
•Take ownership of recurring documentation tasks, such as creating and updating internal HR processes, SOPs, and templates to ensure a compliant and well-documented HR environment.
•Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and process coordination.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 18,000 - 25,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers, ideally in a consultancy or fast-paced environment.

•Proficient in LinkedIn tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiarity with other sourcing platforms and talent engagement strategies.
•Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll, benefits, and employee services.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
